Quotations are fully inclusive and are quoted in pounds sterling and include:- Unlimited Mileage, CDW Insurance (With an excess.), Theft Cover (With an excess.), Free Extra Driver, Third Party Liability, Airport or Location Surcharge, Road Fund Tax and Value Added Tax.
 
The price quoted is the price you pay with no hidden costs - guaranteed. (All bookings are placed with one of the major rental companies with "on-site" facilities at the airports.) If a vehicle is collected from one location and returned to a different location, a supplementary "one way fee" will be charged; this "fee" is payable to the rental company when collecting the vehicle and is not included in the quoted price. (The figure to be charged - normally 35.00 GPB + VAT. - will be clearly shown in the "Booking Terms and Conditions" before you acknowledge and commit to reserving a vehicle.)

Please note some of the vehicle groups are not available at all the locations. CDW Insurance excludes cover to the following items:- windscreens, windows, tyres, wheels, wheel trims, wiper blades and any interior harm. Some vehicle groups come with air conditioning as standard:- CCMR, CDMR, CDAR, CWMR, IDMR, IVMR, IWMR, FWMR, FVAR, FWAR, PCAR, PDAR and LDAR . Air conditioning does come on some of the lower group vehicles, but cannot be guaranteed.

Child Seats can be booked with your reservation and will be supplied at the Inverness Airport car rental location and will be charged for on collection.

The majority of rental car companies operate the following fuel policy:- All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental and client's may:- 1) purchase this tank of fuel at a discounted rate and return the vehicle empty, or (some rental companies insist on 1) 2) return the vehicle full at the end of the rental, or 3) return the vehicle part full and be charged for missing fuel at the end of the rental at the locally determined price.

Frequent renters reduce your "excess"(deductible) to "zero" with, an affordable annual or daily excess reimbursement policy from insurance4carhire - with tyre & glass coverage included. (Authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority 2009.) This is a much cheaper option than purchasing an array of confusing "Top-up insurance policies" from the rental companies on your arrival. If you are renting a car for 12 days or over in a year, then the annual policy is far the cheapest option open to you. Please note that you will still have to leave the "excess" security deposit with the rental company on collection of a vehicle; you just submit a claim to insurance4carhire in the event of an incident for reimbursement.
